If you are an individual donating or bidding on an item, your personal information will be used to by the organization hosting the auction to contact you if they have questions about a donated item or need to arrange delivering won item or collecting payment for an item.

All email messages sent to your email address include a link which allows you to opt out of future email.

Prime Software Development is not responsible for any email sent directly by the organization hosting the auction.

The best way to protect your sensitive information is to not collect it in the first place. This is why we minimize the collection of any personal information. All information we do collect is stored on our secure server using standard data protection mechanisms and practices. We do NOT encrypt web traffic flowing to and from our site.
